A husband, wife, and her brother, all passionate travelers with a shared thirst for adventure, decided to create something extraordinary. With over sixty countries explored together, they envisioned a company that would bring their love for travel, culture, and unforgettable experiences to life. Thus, Infinite Horizons Luxury Silk Road Expeditions was born—an exclusive offering that allows fellow explorers to journey through the captivating heart of Central Asia, where history, culture, and luxury intertwine to create the ultimate travel experience!

Infinite Horizons was founded with a deep passion for Central Asia and a commitment to sharing the region’s beauty with travelers. The company is owned and managed by Machiel Valkenburg from the Netherlands, his wife Bonny Valkenburg, and her brother Zhadyger Kobentay from Kazakhstan. With nearly two decades of experience in tourism and hospitality management, Machiel and Bonny run Rubythroat Birding Tours since 2007, which has grown into the region’s largest eco-tourism company. Their expertise and dedication ensure a seamless and enriching travel experience for all who venture into this remarkable part of the world. The logical next step was their new baby, Infinute Horizons!
