Location: Almaty, Kazakhstan
Contract Type: Full-time
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in tourism operations or a related field.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operational Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of our tours. You will manage logistics, work closely with guides and suppliers, ensure seamless execution of itineraries, and maintain our high service standards. The role involves problem-solving, communication with international partners, and ensuring compliance with all operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage tour operations from start to finish
- Liaise with suppliers, guides, and transport providers
- Ensure smooth border crossings and on-tour problem resolution
- Monitor budgets and operational efficiency
- Maintain safety standards and quality control
Working Hours:
Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00, with flexibility required during peak travel seasons and tour departures.
