Introduction
LTD Infinite Horizons is a registered tour operator based in Kazakhstan, operating under Business Identification Number (BIN) 220540029388.
Reservations
To secure a place on one of our tours, a completed booking form must be submitted along with a non-refundable deposit. All booking requests, including deposits, are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that submitting a booking form does not guarantee a reservation. Your booking will be confirmed only once Infinite Horizon has issued written confirmation and a confirmation invoice, following receipt of a 20% deposit of the total tour price. At that point, a binding contract is established between you and Infinite Horizon Expeditions.
Travel Documents and Health Requirements
It is the responsibility of all participants to ensure they possess a valid passport, with at least six months’ validity beyond the tour’s end date. Participants are also responsible for obtaining any required visas and vaccination certificates necessary for the tour.
While Infinite Horizon makes every effort to inform participants of relevant travel requirements, visa and health regulations may change between the time of booking and departure. We will provide updated guidance where possible, but it remains the participant’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all entry requirements.
Please note that Infinite Horizon is not medically qualified. Participants must consult a qualified medical professional for advice on vaccinations, medications, and other health precautions prior to travel. Any health-related information provided in our materials or communications should be considered general guidance only and not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Physical Requirements and Participant Conduct
Infinite Horizon tours generally do not involve strenuous physical activity. However, if any physically demanding elements are included, they will be clearly outlined in the tour documentation. To fully participate in the itinerary, all participants should be capable of completing moderate walks of several miles per day, sometimes over uneven, steep, or slippery terrain. If you have any health conditions or physical limitations, please inform Infinite Horizon prior to booking, so we can advise whether the tour is suitable and accommodate your needs where possible.
To provide a rewarding experience for all participants, our tours may include long field days and significant travel distances. When feasible, we offer the option to opt out of certain activities or take a half- or full-day break. As our groups are small, mutual respect and cooperation are essential. All participants are expected to maintain considerate behavior, including refraining from smoking on buses or in shared group spaces. Infinite Horizon reserves the right to dismiss any participant—at their own expense—if their conduct is disruptive or negatively impacts the group experience.
Exchange Rate Surcharges
In today’s volatile global financial markets, accurately forecasting foreign currency exchange rates—both in the long term and at the time of tour operation—is inherently difficult. As such, tour prices are based on the exchange rate in effect at the time the itinerary is published.
If there is a significant fluctuation in exchange rates, a surcharge may be applied. Should this occur, Infinite Horizon will make every effort to minimize the impact on participants. In many cases, such surcharges are a direct result of price adjustments from our local vendors and service providers, which are then passed on to us.
Payment and Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed once Infinite Horizon receives a non-refundable deposit equal to 20% of the total tour price. The remaining balance is due no later than 120 days prior to departure.
If full payment is not received by this deadline, Infinite Horizon reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled and to apply the applicable cancellation fees as outlined in our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation penalties and refund eligibility are based on the timing of cancellation. If you cancel 120 days or more before the tour departure date, a cancellation fee equal to the deposit will be charged. However, you may choose to transfer your deposit to a new registration for another Infinite Horizon tour scheduled within the next 12 months. If you cancel fewer than 120 days before departure, no refund will be issued. This policy also applies to any pre-trip or post-trip extensions. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance, including trip cancellation coverage, to protect your investment in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Force Majeure
Infinite Horizon shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control. These may include, but are not limited to, strikes, labor disputes, work stoppages, accidents, acts of war or terrorism, civil or military disturbances, natural disasters, nuclear incidents, acts of God, or disruptions in utilities or essential services. In such events, Infinite Horizon will make reasonable efforts, in line with accepted practices in the tourism industry, to resume operations as soon as practicable under the prevailing conditions.

Every tour is led by a passionate and highly experienced leader, dedicated to delivering the best possible travel experience. Our leaders are specialists in their fields, bringing expert knowledge, insight, and enthusiasm that add depth and value to every step of your journey.
Accommodations & Transportation
We believe that the combination of a prime location and high-quality accommodations is key to a comfortable and successful journey. In the remote regions we explore, finding suitable lodging can be a challenge. Whenever possible, we choose modern, well-equipped hotels located in or near the areas we visit. In some cases, particularly in isolated regions, accommodations may be more basic—ranging from simple guesthouses to tented camps—and these will be clearly described in the itinerary.
On our Silk Road culture tours, we use top-class accommodations situated close to the major historical sites and attractions, ensuring convenience and comfort. Transportation is typically provided in reliable 4WD vehicles or comfortable, air-conditioned buses, depending on the terrain and group size.
Flights
Please note that the tour price listed at the top of the PDF or website does not include international flights, as our clients join us from various locations around the world. However, for most of our tours, scheduled domestic flights within Central Asia are included in the tour cost. These flights are booked in economy class, and you will receive a fully paid return ticket before the tour begins.
If you wish to upgrade to business class, please contact the Infinite Horizon office in advance. We will be happy to assist with the upgrade for you, your family, or your travel companions.
Support and communication before, during and after the trip
At Infinite Horizon, we believe that clear and thoughtful communication before the journey is essential for a successful and rewarding travel experience. We encourage all participants to share any personal preferences, expectations, or special requirements in advance so we can tailor the tour experience as much as possible.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a comprehensive information package containing detailed maps, directions, practical advice, and background information relevant to your journey.
During the tour, an Infinite Horizon staff member will always be available by phone or email, ensuring that you can stay connected with home or receive assistance whenever needed. Whether part of a group or a private tour, an Infinite Horizon representative will accompany you throughout the journey to ensure smooth communication, logistics, and support.
After the tour, we invite all participants to complete an evaluation form. Your feedback is highly valued, as it allows us to continuously improve and better meet the needs of future travelers.
Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your tour, please inform your tour leader immediately, so they can address the issue on the spot. Prompt communication allows us to resolve most concerns quickly and effectively.
If the matter cannot be resolved to your satisfaction during the tour, we kindly ask that you contact the Infinite Horizon office in writing as soon as possible upon your return. We genuinely value your feedback and are committed to handling all concerns promptly and professionally.
